Will Russia launch the digital ruble nationwide for B2C transactions before Dec 31, 2027?

This market resolves YES if, on or before December 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, Russia officially launches the digital ruble nationwide for consumer (B2C) transactions, allowing the general public across Russia to use it for payments. A nationwide launch must include: • Official confirmation from the Central Bank of Russia or the Russian government • Availability of digital ruble transactions for consumers across the country, not limited pilot groups • Functionality enabling payments or transfers between individuals and businesses
