Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 18, 2026

This policy describes how VPoleMarket handles information for accounts, markets, trading activity, wallets, and support.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how VPoleMarket ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you access or use the VPoleMarket prediction market platform.

VPoleMarket lets registered users trade shares in event outcomes using USDC on the Base blockchain. Because blockchain activity is public, some wallet and transaction information may be visible independently of VPoleMarket.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: when you create or manage an account, we may receive profile details such as your name, username, email address, authentication identifiers, referral relationships, role, and account preferences.

Platform activity: we collect information about markets you view or trade, positions, favorites, comments, referrals, wallet funding activity, withdrawals, support requests, and related transaction records.

Wallet and blockchain information: we process wallet addresses, USDC balances shown in the product, deposit addresses, withdrawal addresses, escrow activity, and public on-chain transaction identifiers.

Device and usage information: we may collect log data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, session events, language settings, and approximate location derived from technical signals.

3. Authentication and Service Providers

VPoleMarket uses Clerk for authentication. We do not store raw passwords. Clerk may process login credentials, session data, security signals, and account profile information according to its own terms and privacy practices.

We also use infrastructure, database, analytics, email, blockchain, and data provider services to operate the platform, monitor reliability, provide support, resolve markets, and process wallet-related activity.

When configured, analytics services may include Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, Multi Analytics, and Yandex Metrica. These services may process device, browser, page-view, referral, interaction, and approximate location signals to help us understand platform usage and reliability.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to create and secure accounts, display markets and positions, process trades and withdrawals, settle markets, calculate fees and commissions, prevent abuse, provide customer support, and improve platform reliability.

We may use activity and technical data to detect fraud, market manipulation, multiple-account abuse, suspicious withdrawals, unauthorized access, and violations of our Terms of Use.

We may use contact information to send service messages, security notices, product updates, and support responses. You can contact support if you need help with communication preferences.

5. How We Share Information

We share information with service providers that help us operate VPoleMarket, including authentication, hosting, analytics, database, email, blockchain infrastructure, and customer support providers.

We may share information when required by law, legal process, or a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to protect users, comply with obligations, prevent fraud, investigate abuse, or enforce our Terms of Use.

Agent, superagent, and creator network features may show limited referral, commission, user, or trading-volume information to authorized network participants for account management and commission reporting.

6. Public Blockchain Data

USDC deposits, withdrawals, escrow transfers, and related wallet activity on Base may be permanently recorded on a public blockchain. Public blockchain records are not controlled by VPoleMarket and cannot generally be deleted or changed by us.

Do not use VPoleMarket if you are unwilling for wallet addresses and transaction data to be visible through public blockchain explorers or other third-party blockchain tools.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the platform, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect platform integrity, and maintain transaction and settlement records.

Some records, including blockchain records and market settlement history, may remain available for transparency, auditability, and compliance even after an account is closed.

8. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for maintaining secure account access, protecting your devices, and reviewing withdrawal addresses before confirming transactions.

9. Your Choices

You may access and update certain account information in the product. You may also contact support to request help with account information, privacy questions, or account closure.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of certain personal information. We will respond to applicable requests as required by law.

10. Children

VPoleMarket is not intended for anyone under 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact support so we can review and take appropriate action.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when this page was most recently revised. Continued use of VPoleMarket after an update means you accept the revised policy.
